Payments

  1. What should I do if I need additional help placing an order?

  2. How can I pay for my jewelry?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Additional payment options may be available based on your region, which will be shown on the checkout page.
  3. Is your site safe and secure?

    Our checkout page uses SSL encryption to fully protect your personal and shopping data.
  4. What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?

    Please double-check your shipping and billing information first. If the problem continues, confirm with your bank that international transactions are enabled. Feel free to message us if you still need help.
  5. Where do I enter my discount code?

    You will see a coupon box under the order summary at checkout. Enter and apply your code here. Only one discount code can be used per order.
  6. I was charged multiple times – what should I do?

    Duplicate charges are usually temporary authorization holds from banks, which will disappear within several business days. If the issue remains, please get in touch with us for assistance.

Shipping

  1. Where does my GLEN GLINT jewelry ship from?

    Our gemstones and crystals are sourced from Brazil, Madagascar and other places worldwide, and crafted by professional artisans. All orders are dispatched from our logistics hub in the Greater Bay Area (Shenzhen/Hong Kong). Every piece will go through strict quality inspection before shipment, and you can track your package in real time.
  2. How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?

    Standard orders: 7–14 business days (varies by location).

    Custom & made-to-order items: around 2–3 weeks.

    Exact delivery time is shown above the "Add to Cart" button on each product page. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs or holiday rushes.
  3. How much does shipping cost?

    We currently offer free worldwide shipping with no minimum order requirement. This is a limited-time offer.
  4. Can I have my order shipped as a gift?

    All items come with an exquisite jewelry box and no price invoice. We also provide gift bags and wrapping services. Tick "This order is a gift" in your cart or leave a note at checkout.
  5. Can I track my jewelry? My tracking link doesn't show updates?

    A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. For international delivery, tracking updates may take up to 5 business days, which is normal. Contact us via contact@glenglint.com if you need help.
  6. Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?

    All product prices include taxes and duties. No extra fees will be charged upon delivery. Taxes, duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  7. Do you ship on weekends or bank holidays?

    We deliver orders Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official bank holidays.
  8. My order shows up as delivered, but I haven’t received it.

    Please check your mailbox, doorway or ask your family and neighbors first. You can also contact the local courier with your tracking number.

    Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, and no reshipment or refund will be offered in this case.
  9. Where can I find shipping times?

    Estimated delivery time is displayed right above the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.

Quality

  1. How do you make sure GLEN GLINT jewelry is high quality?

    We select premium natural crystals, gemstones and metals. All pieces are handcrafted and go through multiple strict manual inspections. Our gold-plated jewelry uses thicker plating for better durability, and every item is packed with exclusive elegant packaging.
  2. How do you make sure the finish lasts?

    We use plating 50% thicker than regular products, together with advanced anti-tarnish coating, to resist fading, tarnish and daily scratches.
  3. Will my GLEN GLINT jewelry tarnish?

    Solid gold will never tarnish. Sterling silver may oxidize over time, and you can restore its shine with the free polishing cloth. Our plated items have far better anti-tarnish performance than ordinary jewelry.
  4. Are your settings secure?

    All gemstones are firmly hand-set for daily wear. Please avoid strong impact as with all fine jewelry.
  5. Can GLEN GLINT jewelry be worn every day?

    Yes, our jewelry is designed for daily wear.
  6. What if I’m not happy with the quality?

    Please contact us at contact@glenglint.com right away. We will arrange replacement, return or other proper solutions for you.
  7. Do you offer a warranty?

    We provide a 2-year free warranty for all jewelry (effective December 1, 2025), covering gemstones, 925 Sterling Silver, gold-plated, gold vermeil and solid gold. Please read our full Terms & Conditions for details.
  8. What is covered under the warranty?

    The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

    It does not cover lost items, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, damage from improper use/chemicals, third-party modification or natural flaws of gemstones.
  9. How do I make a warranty claim?

    If you find manufacturing defects, send your order number and related photos or videos to contact@glenglint.com. Our team will check your request and guide you through the follow-up steps.
