At GLEN GLINT, your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. We proudly offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your story-filled piece to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure a seamless return process, your jewelry must be in the exact same pristine condition that you received it:
- Unworn & Unused: The piece must show no signs of wear.
- Original Tags: All original tags must be strictly attached.
- Packaging: Safely nestled in its original GLEN GLINT luxury packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return or exchange journey, simply reach out to our concierge team at contact@glenglint.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the exact return shipping instructions and the destination address.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be processed or accepted. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
Damages & Defective Issues
Please inspect your gorgeous jewelry upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@glenglint.com. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it completely right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To maintain strict hygiene standards and protect all our customers, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Earrings (due to sanitary considerations).
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (such as specialized engravings or custom sizing orders).
- Sale items or digital gift cards.

Exchanges & Special Regions
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the alternate piece or size you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can simply place a separate purchase for the new selection.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you hold the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the jewelry must remain in its original, perfect condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original signature packaging.
Refunds Processing
We will notify you immediately via email once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned package to confirm if the refund has been approved.
- Processing Time: Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Delays: Please kindly keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account balance.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the funds, please contact us right away at contact@glenglint.com so we can investigate it for you.
