1. How do you make sure GLEN GLINT jewelry is high quality?
Quality is where we refuse to compromise. Every GLEN GLINT piece begins with carefully selected, authentic natural crystals and vibrant gemstones, sourced directly from renowned origins like Brazil and Madagascar, alongside premium precious metals.

From there, our collections are handcrafted in boutique batches by our expert artisan partners, celebrated for their mastery in fine metalsmithing. Each piece undergoes our strict, in-house quality assurance process: multiple rigorous hand-checks by dedicated quality control experts. If a design isn’t flawless, it never leaves the workshop.

For our gold-plated collections, we use a thicker-than-standard, premium real gold plating layer over a durable base to ensure lasting brilliance and elevated craftsmanship—giving you luxury-level durability without the traditional retail markups.

2. How do you make sure the finish lasts?
We use 50% thicker-than-normal plating (especially with our gold vermeil pieces) and apply advanced protective anti-tarnish coatings where possible. This effectively helps prevent fading, tarnishing, or scratching from normal everyday wear.
3. Will my GLEN GLINT jewelry tarnish?
Our Solid Gold pieces will never tarnish. Sterling Silver can naturally oxidize and darken over time, but its original brilliant luster is incredibly easy to restore with your complimentary polishing cloth. Furthermore, our premium plated and e-coated pieces are engineered to resist tarnish significantly longer than standard fashion jewelry brands.
4. Are your settings secure?
Yes, absolutely! Each gemstone is set by hand using strong, precise settings designed to keep it safe and secure during everyday wear. However, as with all fine luxury jewelry, it is always best to avoid rough impacts and harsh surfaces.

7. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, of course. Enjoy our complimentary 2-Year Warranty on all jewelry pieces across our entire collection. Our warranty is applicable for all GLEN GLINT jewelry, including all authentic gemstones, natural crystals, and the following metals: 925 Sterling Silver, Premium Gold-Plated finishes, High-Quality Gold Vermeil, and Solid Gold. 8. What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. Our warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage happening outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy.

Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy (like a bent ring or broken chain/thread), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones, and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of GLEN GLINT. 9. How do I make a warranty claim?
We are so sorry to hear that your jewelry isn’t 100% perfect.

If you experience any manufacturing faults with your jewelry outside of our standard returns & exchanges policy mentioned above, we will gladly review your request as a warranty claim. Please contact our support team directly at contact@glenglint.com with your order number and a brief photo or video showing the issue. Our team will carefully review your claim and guide you through the next steps to ensure everything is resolved perfectly for you.
