To deliver your timeless pieces as smoothly and securely as possible, your package is dispatched from our global transit hub located in the Greater Bay Area (Shenzhen/Hong Kong). This routing is a standard industry practice for high-value goods, allowing us to navigate international customs and tariffs efficiently while ensuring:

Delivery Times & Dispatch Schedule
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and official bank holidays.
- Standard Orders: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
- Custom / Made-to-Order: These unique pieces take a bit longer—usually around 2–3 weeks. Crafting individually helps us ensure pristine quality and reduce waste.

Please note: Delivery times do not include potential carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or peak holiday periods.

International Taxes & Duties
Good news! All our product prices are now inclusive of taxes and duties worldwide. That means no surprise fees upon delivery; everything is already taken care of at checkout. The final price you see is the complete and total cost of your order.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. For select boutique pieces and international shipments, it can take up to 5 business days for initial tracking updates to appear. This is totally normal and means your piece is undergoing our meticulous quality inspection or waiting for its first international scan.

Our brilliant pieces are the perfect gift! All jewelry is shipped in a beautiful box without a printed price invoice.
Gifting made easy: Simply check the "This order is a gift" box in your cart before checking out, or leave a note saying "Gifting" in the order comments section. We also offer beautiful gift bags and wrap sets that you can add directly to your basket for flawless presentation.
Missing or "Delivered" Packages
In rare cases, your package may be marked as "delivered" by the carrier shortly before it arrives, or left in a hidden location to prevent theft. Please check around your front doors, mailbox, and check with neighbors.

Please note: If your package remains missing after following the above steps, GLEN GLINT cannot be held liable, and we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds for orders that have been officially marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
